Any changes to your booking must be made 24 hours before your reservation time. You can do this through the buttons available on your booking confirmation email or by emailing us at info@hotstonelondon.com (24 hours before the booking time). For special days such as V-Day, Christmas Day, a minimum of 72 hours notice is required.

If changes are made/requested within 24 hours (within 72 hours on special days) of your booking time, such as rescheduling, reducing the group size, or cancelling the booking, a fee of £50 per person will be charged regardless of the reason automatically by the system and won’t be refunded.
