• This 5-course voucher is valid for any lunchtime and Sunday dinner, Monday dinner, and Tuesday dinner times only.
• This offer can only be used from *27th May 2025*.
• Bookings made on non-valid days will be cancelled and may incur charges, to avoid please book on valid days.

• Must mention *5 course Summer offer* & unique voucher code for each guest when booking. Please check our FAQ page for step by step guide on *how to book with this voucher*.
• One voucher is required per person. Max 4 guests with vouchers allowed per table.

• The 50% off drinks pairing & oyster & aperitif can only be used with this 5 course Tasting Menu.

• This voucher expires on 30^th June 2026. 
• All parties in the same table must use the same voucher. Cannot mix and match vouchers for e.g 1 x 3 course & 1 x 5 course on the same table.

• Must book online via the Hot Stone Website. Please check our FAQ page below and a step-by-step guide on how to book with this offer.

• No printed vouchers & walk-ins. Only online bookings made from our website are accepted.

• Cannot be used on bank holidays, or special days such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, New Year’s Day etc.

• Items cannot be substituted.

• This Voucher cannot be refunded or exchanged once purchased & once expired cannot be extended or refunded.

• Please note we do not have a vegetarian option.

• For pescatarian, we can substitute wagyu hot stone course with a grilled fish course. Halal wagyu substitute is available for £5 extra. Must mention-grilled fish option or halal wagyu in your booking note.

• The service charge for this voucher & any additional dishes will be added to the bill.

• Enquiries sent on Instagram DMs and other social platforms will not be answered.
• Only one booking amendment/change can be made to a reservation. The restaurant must be informed of any changes/cancellations at least 48 hours before your booking via email.
• If the booking is cancelled after this time, the voucher will be deemed to have been redeemed for the current booking and cannot be used towards a new booking. No-shows will not be rebooked.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE?

All customers will automatically receive a purchase confirmation email followed by PDFs attached (which includes the unique code for each guest). Please check your spam/junk folder as sometimes it gets caught there.

HOW DO I BOOK USING THIS VOUCHER ?

All reservations must be booked online via our website on the vouchers valid days.

1. Visit our reservation page, and select the ‘PROMOTION VOUCHER button’, no of guests, time, and date.
2. In the COMMENTS BOX add your unique voucher code for each person

   quoting ‘5 course Summer Offer’ - ABCDE-12345, FGHIJ- 12345.

3. If you have additional vouchers such as drinks pairing / oyster & aperitif then please include their unique codes too.
4. Once completed, you will receive an email confirming your booking. Please check your spam folder as sometimes our emails get caught there.

We will only contact you if we need more information on your voucher.

IS OLIVE FED WAGYU BEEF HALAL?

Our Olive Fed Wagyu is not halal. We have Australian Halal wagyu as a substitute for £5 supplement, please let the restaurant know at least 48 hours prior to your reservation time should you require halal beef.

FOR PESCATARIAN, WHAT OPTION DO YOU HAVE?

We can swap the hot-stone Wagyu course for a grilled fish course. Please let the restaurant know at least 48 hours prior to your reservation time by adding the Grilled Fish option to your booking note.

CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING/ VOUCHER?

Yes. Only one booking amendment/change can be made to a reservation. The restaurant must be informed of any changes/cancellations at least 48 hours before your booking via email (info@hotstonelondon.com).
