• Valid to use on ANY LUNCHTIMES and DINNER TIMES ON SUNDAY, MONDAY & TUESDAY.
• Bookings made on non-valid days will be cancelled and may incur charges, to avoid please book on valid days.

• One voucher is required per person. Max 4 guests with vouchers allowed per table.

• Cannot mix offers and vouchers on the same tables. All parties in the same group must use the same voucher.

• Must book online via the Hot Stone Website. Please check our FAQ page below and a step-by-step guide on how to book with this offer.

• No printed vouchers & walk-ins. Only online bookings made via our website are accepted.

• Cannot be used on bank holidays, or special days such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, New Year’s Day etc.

• Items cannot be substituted.

• This Voucher cannot be refunded or exchanged once purchased & once expired cannot be extended or refunded.

• Please note we do not have a vegetarian option.

• For pescetarian, we can substitute wagyu hot stone course with a grilled fish course. Halal wagyu substitute is available for £5 extra. Must mention-grilled fish option or halal wagyu in your booking note.

• The service charge for this voucher & any additional dishes will be added to the bill.

HOW DO I BOOK USING THIS VOUCHER?

All reservations must be booked online via our website on the vouchers valid days.

1. Visit our reservation page, and select the ‘PROMOTION VOUCHER button’, no of guests, time, and date.
2. In the COMMENTS BOX add your unique voucher code for each person quoting ‘Birthday 5 Course’. For e.g., ‘Birthday 5 Course’ A123Z-1234567, Z321A- 7654321
3. Once completed, you will receive an email confirming your booking. Please check your spam folder as sometimes our emails get caught there.

We will only contact you if we need more information on your voucher.

You can cancel or move your booking free of charge 24 hours prior to your reservation time via your booking confirmation email. £75 pp will apply if you cancel late, within 24 hours of your reservation time, or do not honor the booking.

IS JAPANESE WAGYU & OLIVE FED WAGYU BEEF HALAL?

Our Japanese wagyu and Olive Fed Wagyu beef are not halal. We have Australian Halal wagyu as a substitute for £5 supplement, please let the restaurant know at least 48 hours prior to your reservation time should you require halal beef.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY VOUCHERS?

You will be emailed a copy of your vouchers upon purchase. Please check your spam folder as sometimes it gets caught there.

FOR PESCATARIAN, WHAT OPTION DO YOU HAVE?

We can swap the hot-stone Wagyu course for a grilled fish course. Please let the restaurant know at least 48 hours prior to your reservation time by adding the Grilled Fish option to your booking note.
