Only one booking amendment/change can be made to a reservation. The restaurant must be informed of any changes/cancellations at least 48 hours before your booking via email.
If the booking is cancelled after this time, the voucher will be deemed to have been redeemed for the current booking and cannot be used towards a new booking. No-shows will not be rebooked.
All customers will automatically receive a purchase confirmation email followed by PDFs attached (which includes the unique code for each guest). Please check your spam/junk folder as sometimes it gets caught there.
HOW DO I BOOK USING THIS VOUCHER ?
All reservations must be booked online via our website on the vouchers valid days.
Visit our reservation page, and select the ‘PROMOTION VOUCHER button’, no of guests, time, and date.
In the COMMENTS BOX add your unique voucher code for each person
If you have additional vouchers such as drinks pairing / oyster & aperitif then please include their unique codes too.
Once completed, you will receive an email confirming your booking. Please check your spam folder as sometimes our emails get caught there.
We will only contact you if we need more information on your voucher.
IS OLIVE FED WAGYU BEEF HALAL?
Our Olive Fed Wagyu is not halal. We have Australian Halal wagyu as a substitute for £5 supplement, please let the restaurant know at least 48 hours prior to your reservation time should you require halal beef.
FOR PESCATARIAN, WHAT OPTION DO YOU HAVE?
We can swap the hot-stone Wagyu course for a grilled fish course. Please let the restaurant know at least 48 hours prior to your reservation time by adding the Grilled Fish option to your booking note.
