How to use my monetary voucher?

All bookings must be made online via our website. Please check your T&Cs to find the expiry date and book before it expires.

  • In the “ADD A SPECIAL REQUEST” box, include the complete UNUSED voucher code. E.G.- £200 monetary voucher: ABCDE-12345.

Can I cancel or amend my booking?

You can amend or cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your reservation time by emailing info@hotstonelondon.com. 

A £50 per person fee applies to late cancellations made less than 24 hours before your reservation time, and to no-shows. Please note these T&Cs apply to all guests.

  • Expiry date: 6 months after the purchase date. For an accurate expiry date, please check your PDF.

How to enter voucher codes in my booking?

Visit our reservation page and select the date that you wish to visit us. In the “ADD A SPECIAL REQUEST” box, include the complete UNUSED voucher code along with the title. e.g.- £200 monetary voucher: ABCDE-12345.

We will only contact you if there is any issue with the code you’ve provided.

Terms & Conditions

  • Valid on any menu: ALC, Tasting menu, Omakase Experience Menu. Please check and book the correct area for the correct menu.
  • Expiry date: 6 months after the purchase date. For an accurate expiry date, please check your PDF.
  • No refunds, exchanges once purchased and no extensions after the expiry date.
  • Tables are subject to availability. We highly recommend you to please book online a few weeks in advance from our website.
  • Limited vegetarian, or allergy options. Please check with restaurant before buying the voucher.
  • Online booking required via Hotstone website. Must mention the title and unique voucher code in the Special Request box.
  • Seating: standard 1 hour 30 minutes. Walk-ins not accepted.
  • Cannot combine with other promotions.
  • Service charge applies.
