We are looking for an enthusiastic floor staffs with experience and personality who can work competently in a busy environment and deliver a memorable service to all our guests. You must have more than 4 continuous years working in a high quality fast paced restaurant (not in fast food, events, agency or retails shops).

SUSHI CHEF
We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior sushi chef with personality and experience who can work competently in a busy environment and deliver a memorable food and service to all our guests. You must have a minimum of 1 year’ experience in a high-quality sushi restaurant. All candidates must be entitled to live and work in the UK.

Experience:
- Must have at least 1-year experience as a sushi chef working in a busy restaurant
- Must have passion to gain deep knowledge and understanding of sushi, fish and Japanese cuisine.
- Must be able to engage with guests and build friendly rapport.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
