Innovative, intimate and surprising – Omakase Evenings at Hot Stone
Every Monday, Hot Stone will be taking guests on an authentic and indulgent culinary journey, bringing one of the most exciting and authentic Japanese dining experiences to Islington – introducing, Omakase.
Each course pairs the freshest seafood and fish, such as fatty tuna, hamachi, and butterfish, with an array of delicious seasonal ingredients. Executive Chef Padam Raj Rai will take four guests through 90 minutes of kobachi small plates, sushi, sashimi, and desserts.
The lunchtime sittings at 12pm and 1:45pm feature 11 courses at £59 per person. The evening Omakase experience includes 14-courses with three sittings at 5pm, 6:45pm or 8:30pm, and a choice of two menus at either £99 per person or £150 per person which includes premium Kobe beef. Hot Stone is one of only seven restaurants in the UK to serve certified Kobe beef.
