With the world looking a little different, so will our menu! We are excited to introduce you to our new and exclusive Omakase experience, designed by our talented Executive Chef, Padam Raj Rai.
With only 6 seats available per sitting at the sushi counter, the remainder of the restaurant is shut to provide a private dining experience. Omakase, meaning ‘I’ll leave it to you’, is an authentic and indulgent experience, with the entire culinary journey being chosen by the chef.
Each evening, we will serve two sittings at 6pm and 8.30pm, so be sure to book early to avoid disappointment.
The 17-course menu is priced at £120 per person with Wagyu beef (discounted from £150pp), or enjoy 18 courses for £160 per person if you opt for our Kobe courses (discounted from £200 as part of our introductory promotion).
Kobe is deemed as one of the best beefs in the world and Hot Stone is one of only seven restaurants in the UK to serve certified Kobe beef.

Executive Chef Padam Raj Rai brings over 19 years of experience and excellence to Hot Stone.
Drawing on his early experiences in the kitchens of Kotetsu, Kathmandu before over a decade spent honing his craft in some of London’s most iconic Japanese restaurants, Chef Padam Raj Rai’s wealth of experience in Japanese cuisine, which has seen him win multiple awards for his sushi creations, is the secret to Hot Stone’s success.
