Hot Stone received the “Best Sushi in London” award by Eaten. Hot Stone is one of only a handful of restaurants in the whole of the UK to serve freshly grated Japanese wasabi on the table, and certified Kobe beef on 400 degrees Celsius heated hotstone.
Our Executive Head Chef, Padam Raj Rai was the former head sushi chef at Tsukiji restaurant, located in the 5-star Westbury Hotel in Mayfair. With over 17 years of experience in Japanese cuisine, and having worked in the kitchens of Nobu, Zuma and Sake no Hana, his knowledge and experience bring the magic of Hot Stone to life.
